Job Description:

Position Type: Full time or part time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mowing Lead to oversee and be responsible for maintaining the lawn care and mowing needs of our properties. Key Responsibilities: Follow a daily route provided by your supervisor Run a zero turn, edge with a trimmer, weedeat, and use a blower Ensure all lawn equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers, are properly maintained and in good working order. Will need to work independently at times May need to train other individuals from time to time. Qualifications: Have a valid drivers license. Have a working phone in order to follow the route. Minor maintenance experience would be nice but not necessary. Good communication skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Be innovative and think outside the box at times.
