What You'll Be Doing: Managing schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual federal and state income tax filings.
Tracking completion and filing dates for all tax submissions.
Preparing documentation for federal and state income tax returns.
Reconciling general ledger tax accounts monthly.
Researching and resolving reconciling tax items.
Supporting federal and state tax audits and responding to notices.
Preparing information for tax amendments.
Developing quarterly tax forecasts and annual accrual forecasts by jurisdiction.
Maintaining organized tax correspondence and filing systems.
Assisting with general tax research and reconciliations.
Supporting monthly sales tax return reconciliations.
Performing additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For: At least two years of experience in corporate, partnership, and individual income tax preparation and analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and manipulate Excel reports.
Proficiency in mathematical computations and error identification.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration inside and outside the company.
Ability to manage stress, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Capacity to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL, Crystal Reports, Adaptive Workday, or Concur is a plus.
